"Self-Realisation: Awakening & Fulfilment of Soul Potential"

Shakti Dance®, as the ‘Yoga of Dance’ is a subtle yet very effective form of Yoga, facilitating awareness, awakening and the realization of one’s True Being.

With its organic flowing body-breath exercises, mindfully coordinated to rhythmic mantric-patterns, the practice of Shakti Dance® induces a subtle transformation of consciousness. Despite its transformational power, the practice is deeply relaxing, joyfully invigorating and meditative – heightening sensitive awareness. The harmony and rhythmic flow of the practice carries the practitioner with least resistance through energetic thresholds, aligning physical, energy and mental bodies in peaceful Oneness – with ourselves and each other.

In this Shakti Dance® Teachers’Retreat, we will look at the traditional yogic practices interwoven throughout the harmony of the practice. We will embody theory, while refining our consciousness, observing how energetic blockages are gently diffused, and mental conditioning subtly dissolved. We will experience how the Shakti-flow of consciousness is cleared and rendered transparent. Thus, we will recognize how Shakti Dance® delicately ‘polishes’ the window of the mind, to blissfully bathe in our True Being. Experiencing increased radiance and Presence, it is easy to Self-realize – to recognize that Being we truly Are!

Having harmonized Shakti and recognized our Being (Shiva), we can then empower the flow of existence through the ‘soul-dance’ of daily life. The liberation of prana through invigorating coordinated movement connects us to our creative Source, Adi Shakti - primal female power. We will observe how that Primal Shakti organically unfolds, recognizing her harmonious, incessant flow, guiding us like a river - coursing through our lives and gradually carving out a new patterns and ways of living. The newly arising rhythms empower us, finding resonance with our soul expression, for the creative fulfillment of divine potential.
